These terms are the agreement between you and Chompi Labs LLC for the Nomzy app. By using Nomzy you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
Nomzy is a restaurant app built on our own curated catalog. You can search it, save places, keep notes, share lists, and ask an AI assistant that recommends only from that catalog.
You need an account, and you must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Prices shown are for the United States; the price you pay is the one shown in the App Store for your country, and Apple sets the local amount. Billing starts when you confirm the purchase; there is no free trial.
These are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
Managing and cancelling. You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings — not in Nomzy, and we cannot cancel it for you. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy. We cannot issue them. If Apple refunds a purchase, Pro access ends immediately.
What Pro includes is described in the app at the point of purchase. We may change what is included, and we may change prices — if we do, the new price applies from your next renewal and Apple will notify you as required. If free allowances change, we will not reduce something you have already paid for during a period you have paid for.
What you write and upload stays yours. You give us the permission we need to run the service — to store your content, and to display the parts you choose to make public, such as a photo you add to a restaurant or a list you share.
Only upload things you have the right to upload. Do not upload anything unlawful, misleading, or that shows someone who has not agreed to it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
You can tell us a restaurant has closed or that its information is wrong. Please report honestly. Reports are a signal we investigate — they do not automatically change or remove a listing. Filing false reports, particularly about a competitor, is a misuse of the service and may cost you access.
Do not scrape the catalog, resell it, reverse-engineer the app, attack the service, or use it to break the law. Do not attempt to bypass free-usage limits or paid features. Automated access is not permitted without our written agreement.
Nomzy can be wrong. Opening hours change, restaurants close, menus and prices move on, and AI answers can be mistaken. Health inspection grades come from public city records and may be out of date or superseded by a later inspection.
Everything in Nomzy is information, not advice. Check with the restaurant before relying on anything — especially hours, prices, and anything affecting allergies or dietary needs. Nomzy is not a substitute for asking.
Nomzy does not take bookings or payments for restaurants. Booking links take you to third-party services with their own terms; what happens there is between you and them.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We try to give notice when a change matters, but we do not guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.
You can stop using Nomzy and delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. If we end your account without cause while you hold a paid subscription, contact us and we will help you seek a refund from Apple for the unused period.
The service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent the law allows, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Nomzy is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer you keep the rights your local law gives you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and the courts of New York County, New York have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Nomzy. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
If we change these terms we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Nomzy after a change means you accept it.
